THE BASIS FOR A GOOD RESULT

About the service

Machine-applied plaster forms a base levelling coat on walls or ceilings. The mortar is fed and applied by machine, then levelled and finished with suitable tools. This prepares the substrate for the subsequent finishing work.

Before starting, assess the condition, strength and absorbency of the base. Unstable areas, dust and dirt must be removed. The primer and the type of plaster are selected according to the base, the conditions in the room and the requirements of the chosen system, without prior commitment to a specific brand.

Plaster guides and corner profiles are fitted where needed. After machine application, the mortar is ruled off and levelled. Further finishing depends on the plaster and the required surface condition. Preparation for skim coating or another finish is agreed as a separate next stage.

Suitable for apartments, houses, offices and other interiors with an appropriate substrate. Renovations require assessment of existing coatings; new builds require prepared substrates and installations. In damp rooms, the system is selected for the intended use.

Materials and preparation

We specify the strength and absorbency of the base, the old coatings and the readiness of the installations. Unstable areas and dirt are removed before laying.

Primer, guides and corner details are selected for the particular plaster. Access to work areas and drying conditions are planned.

Why careful preparation matters

A sound, properly prepared substrate allows the plaster to be applied and finished systematically without concealing weak areas beneath the new coat. Uneven suction and an unsuitable primer can affect adhesion and drying. Before the next stage, the planes, corners and surface condition are checked. Readiness for skim coating or painting is assessed on site according to the material and conditions, rather than a fixed timetable.

FROM PREPARATION TO COMPLETION

How the work proceeds

  1. We specify the areas, premises and condition of the substrate.

  2. We prepare the surfaces, the appropriate primer and the necessary guides.

  3. We machine apply, draw and shape the planes and corners.

  4. We check the surface and discuss drying and the next coating according to the system.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Frequently asked questions

Can machine plaster be applied during renovation?

Yes, when the basis and conditions permit. Before work, it is assessed whether the old coatings are healthy and what preparation is needed. Application on an unstable base is not considered a ready-made solution.

Is skim coating needed after plastering?

This depends on the resulting surface, desired smoothness and finish. If putty is required, its scope is specified as the next stage.

When can painting start?

After the necessary drying and preparation according to the system used. The term depends on the thickness, the conditions in the room and the selected materials; no universal number of days is set.
