THE BASIS FOR A GOOD RESULT
Machine painting uses paint spraying equipment, including airless technology when appropriate for the chosen material and project. The method of operation takes into account the base, the room and the recommendations for the coating.
Preparation is an important part of the job. Walls and ceilings must be ready for painting, and floors, windows, doors and other surfaces must be protected. Masking is planned according to available furnishings and areas that remain out of range.
Machine application distributes paint evenly when the settings and technique are appropriate. On large, unobstructed surfaces, it can improve productivity. The overall schedule also depends on preparation, masking, the number of coats and drying. A properly prepared substrate is still essential.
Suitable projects are apartments, houses, new construction, offices, commercial premises, common areas and halls. For high or hard-to-reach areas, access and working conditions are specified in advance. The final inspection includes a review of coverage, transitions and details.
Walls and ceilings must be prepared for the chosen paint. We discuss the condition of the putty and the protection of floors, windows, doors and furniture.
Masking, access and out-of-range areas are planned before deployment. The material and machine configuration comply with the manufacturer's instructions.
Spray application does not replace levelling and thorough wall preparation. Paint can emphasise defects that have not been corrected beforehand. Careful masking protects adjoining surfaces, while a trial application helps match the material, settings and technique. Final inspection covers the coating, transitions and difficult areas. Protective coverings are removed and subsequent work is planned with regard to the condition of the coating.
FROM PREPARATION TO COMPLETION
We discuss the areas, height, access and condition of the substrate.
We prepare the surfaces and protect the elements outside the painting area.
We apply the paint by machine according to the material, the layers and the conditions of the project.
We check the uniformity of the coating and complete the necessary details.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
Capability is assessed according to access and the amount of protection required. For small or heavily furnished rooms, hand painting may be more appropriate.
Does not replace putty and preparation. Visible defects are discussed in advance to specify the necessary treatment before painting.
Approximate area, height, substrate condition, access, location and desired period are useful. The scope and the possibility of implementation are specified by phone.
