Where it is used
CW profiles are involved in metal structures according to a selected system. The size of the profile agrees with the height, the cladding and the necessary details.
Guide UW profiles are selected as a compatible part of the structure. Random widths or different system details are not combined.
System and application
Profiles form the supporting structure of the respective wall, cladding or ceiling system.
Plasterboard profiles ↗Application method
- Determine the wall type and the corresponding profiles.
- Place and fasten the components according to the system design.
- Check openings, reinforcements and installations before closing.
This is a brief guide. When performing, follow the data sheet, safety instructions and the specific system.
Limitations and application notes
There is no universal assembly step for all builds. Fastening, suspension, height and load are determined by the system detail.
Frequently asked questions
Can this material be replaced with another from the same group?
Replacement is assessed according to the basis, purpose and system. The exact data sheets are compared, not just the band name.
Is the specified consumption sufficient for an order?
The norm is a starting point under the specified conditions. For the project, the actual area or length, layers, cut and losses are specified; for wet mixtures, a trial application is made.
