Different profiles have different roles
CW and corresponding UW profiles are used in the intended wall constructions. CD 60/27 and UD 28/27 are examples of profiles for ceilings and front wall coverings. The specific distances and fastenings are taken from the system sheet.
Choose the board for its intended use
Standard type A, moisture-resistant H2 and specialist Diamant boards are different products. Moisture conditions, required performance and construction details determine the appropriate choice.
For fire or acoustic requirements, the entire structure is considered, including layers, joints, openings and connections. A feature of a wall is not promised just by the color of the board.
Insulation is part of the solution
AKUSTIK BOARD and AKUSTIK ROLL are examples of mineral fillers. The thickness and shape are according to the construction.
Class A1 is the reaction to fire of the insulation product itself. It is not independent proof of the fire resistance of the finished wall or ceiling.
